We often hear and watch touching stories of how loyal a dog is. Once a dog returns to its owner, it can get emotional, and sometimes, we become surprised and unprepared to handle such a situation overflowing with emotions.
Here’s what happened in the video below. It shows that dogs have their way of recognizing the person who was once part of their life, even after numerous years of parting. When distinguishing someone they used to know, time doesn’t always seem to matter to dogs.
Psycho, the German shepherd, could recognize her owner through sniffing. Thanks to that great sense of smell. On the other hand, Schnauzer fainted after meeting her old friend, making him undeniably cute and heart-melting.
The deaf dog also couldn’t contain his emotions when his owner approached him. Even his disability did not prevent him from expressing how much he missed her. That was so bold but adorable.
From the video, every reunion of a dog and its owner is a fusion of emotions. Both sides’ excitement and joy were very evident. There was no dull moment except contentment of finally seeing each other.
They say dogs are our best friends. While for them, we mean everything! Perhaps they consider us an indispensable part of their life, so they are not meek in showing their fondness for us. They habitually show love and care for us, yet you can trust that they’re sincere and genuine every time.
Sometimes, we’re unfair. Our affection cannot level our dog’s love towards us once they know we decide to adopt them. They don’t know our true purpose for sheltering them, yet they treat us as their masters already.
Nevertheless, we must always remember that what you give is what you receive. How we treat our dogs will always get back to us.
