Stray dogs are usually severely malnourished since they solely rely on the very limited amount of food that humans discard. He has encountered numerous stray dogs, each worse than the last. However, he recently just encountered a dog in the worst condition he has ever seen.
Barilla is an abandoned dog that was so malnourished that she could hardly stand on her own. She was so underweight that her spine protruded from her back and her bones protruded from her skin. When she was brought to a veterinarian, the vet said that her organs were failing and could fail at any time. When she was then taken to the rescue facility, she was so frail that she had to be carried.
When Eduardo saw her, he realized that Barilla required his assistance, and he resolved to provide it. He took Barilla into his home and adopted her. He gave the dog a comfortable bed and a place in his home. He would feed Barilla food and give her drink daily, as well as a lot of hugs and kisses. He was very aware that the dog also required affection and attention.
All of what Eduardo did succeeded. Barilla has undergone an astonishing transformation in only seven weeks. She developed into a healthy, lively dog that enjoys playing.
