Graffiti, a Corgi, is definitely the most adorable snuggle bug you would ever see but you do have to remember that his snuggles come with his very own specific terms.
First of all, he must decide whether you are his friend or not though that usually doesn’t take too long. After all, he is a very friendly Corgi who loves to interact with everyone.
If you’re officially decided as one of his friends, he will then come up and snuggle with you though be prepared because this Corgi cuddle is a little bit different. According to his family, if Graffiti really likes you then he will go and give you his best cuddle called the suffo-snuggle or short for suffocating snuggle.
The way this goes is that he will first climb on top of you like a normal snuggle bug. After that, he will wrap his body around your mouth and face to a point that it would feel a bit hard to breathe. It’s harmless but it’s not the most comfortable position to be in either. And the hilarious thing about this is that he doesn’t really see the problem in showing his love this way.
After a while, his family would then encourage him to get down and give the regular kind of snuggle.
His mom shared that Graffiti has always been a suffo-snuggler but as years passed by, the suffo-snuggling became longer and even more frequent. In fact, he wouldn’t let go as long as you let him and his family would have to carefully lift him up and set him down just for him to get off. And the one person that always gets this suffo-snuggling treatment is Graffiti’s dad. He loves to suffo-snuggle his dad usually in the morning and before bedtime.
Sometimes, Graffiti would also make what his mom called a weird snook sound whenever he wants attention or just feels extra cuddly or he wants to go to the bathroom. And even though his suffo-snuggles can be a bit much, his family loves him just the way he is. They wouldn’t trade his suffo-snuggles for anything in the world.
