Dogs are born with instincts that help them decide on the actions that they would be taking. In an unfamiliar setting, they enjoy wandering and exploring to know more about where they are. It is important to note that without human guidance, they may wind up in restricted areas and they could really get in trouble.
On one particular Saturday morning, Amy Coveno, a weekend anchor for media company WMUR, brought her dog named Bella to work. She was really looking forward to the Bring Your Dog To Work program. And when that day came and she brought her dog, she believed that the dog had calmed down, since he had displayed no signs of unpredictability.
Weather reporter Josh Judge was giving a live weather prediction for New Hampshire when Bella unexpectedly walked past him from behind! Josh was somewhat surprised because he was unaware that Amy had brought her pet to work.
Interestingly, he handled the situation so professionally that he continued to report on-air as the dog walked by behind him. He acted like it was the most natural thing in the world. He even said that there is a dog behind me! He continued that it was not yet the dog days of summer but the weather will definitely be warmer than the usual temperature for that particular time of year.
This dog got famous on social media because it provided viewers with a departure from the norm. One viewer tweeted that they would love to see more dogs in the news as it definitely looked like a good idea.
Another person also tweeted saying that it was very refreshing to watch and she got the giggle that she really needed at that time.
What a pleasant surprise, and what a valuable lesson to realize that not all mistakes are disastrous.
