4 False Claims Of Pit Bulls That Don’t Hold Any Weight

4 False Claims Of Pit Bulls That Don’t Hold Any Weight

Robert Billy December 12, 2020

I saw an article discussing why Pit Bulls make bad dogs with a list of reasons. I think it’s time we take 4 False Claims & examine them.

False Claim #1. Pits Bulls Show No Loyalty To Their Owners

Truth: You and myself have understand the nature of this unique breed, then we know this false. You can examine the relationships with pit bulls & owners notice that often a genuine bond that puts a smile on our faces.

You know stereotypes often come from a lack of research and compassion for pit bulls today.

False Claim #2. Pit Bulls Are Lead All Dogs When It Comes To Dog Attacks Globally

Truth: You know the news media has often displayed Pit Bulls for being wild and unrestrained beasts but, the mixed breed Terriers are 3rd on the list.

Ranking at number 2 &1 is Bulldogs & Chihuahuas.

You may also consider know that it can be hard to imagine the Terrier breed is an accessible dog to own, why some conclude that they would be at number #1.

Here is a statistical report on global dog bites.

False Claim #3 Pit Bulls Have A Disturbing Strongest Lockjaw

Truth: You can count the many videos circulating about Pit Bulls attacking social media pages without covering the facts or defining the term (lockjaw) similar to the stigma towards Great White Sharks.

I must admit some of these videos circulating videos can have some weight until we do our research.

I keep in mind that not all dogs look the same or act the same. We still have to respect their similar mechanical structure.

False Claim #4 Pit Bulls Are Not To Be Around Children

Truth: I know the size of a muscular Pit Bull can send off alarms when next to an infant but, so can a Rottweiler, German Sheppard, Doberman Pinscher, and not to leave out a Chihuahua.

Children and dogs need to sustain a relationship in the early stages.

I can see where Pit Bulls go through a lot with many stigmas associated with them.

You and your dog can lessen the stigmas by continuing to spread love and affection daily given we deserve fair chance in life.
